Responsible Gaming

Responsible Gambling at OLG Casino
Safe and Balanced Gambling Habits

Gambling is a form of entertainment, not a guaranteed source of income. To maintain a healthy balance between gaming and daily life, it's essential to set realistic expectations.

  • Allocate a specific budget for gaming.
  • Don't chase losses by increasing bets or playing more games.
  • Take regular breaks to avoid burnout and maintain focus.

Reality Checks and Time Reminders

Reality checks are built-in features that remind players about their game progress, time spent, and deposited funds. Regular reality checks help you stay in control of your gaming habits:

* Use the "Take a Break" feature after extended playing sessions.* Set deposit limits to avoid excessive spending.* Implement loss limits to prevent financial strain.

Cooling-off Periods and Self-exclusion Tools

If you need time away from our platform, cooling-off periods provide a temporary break. Self-exclusion gives you long-term protection by blocking your account for the chosen duration:

  • Set 24-48 hours of self-imposed downtime after extended playing sessions.
  • Activate the "Take a Break" feature to regain control over gaming habits.

Account Verification and Age Restrictions

To ensure our platform's integrity, we require strict verification measures. Our system prevents minors from participating by verifying age:

* Ensure your account is verified for accuracy purposes* Confirm the age of those playing on shared accounts to protect young individuals.

Warning Signs of Problematic Gambling

Monitor these red flags and seek help if you experience any of them regularly:

  • Preoccupation with gaming, even when it affects daily life.
  • Wagering more money than intended or using financial assets to fund games.
  • Feeling irritable or anxious without access to the platform.

Support Organisations and Professional Help Resources

We've partnered with trusted organizations to provide you with professional support:

  • Connect with a crisis counselor
  • Discuss gambling-related problems with a licensed therapist at the National Center for Responsible Gaming

Compliant Licensing and Fair Gameplay

Our system is built on fair RNG (Random Number Generation) technology to ensure transparent gameplay. We're committed to compliance:

* Learn more about our licensed third-party RNG suppliers.* Discover the strict controls in place for player fairness.
